The semester may be over at the University at Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ but the campus is still buzzing with student learning – it just may not be the students you expect.
Junior Falcon scientists from North Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Middle School, Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School and William S. Hackett Middle School at UÓ£ÌÒÊÓƵ’s Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship (ETEC) Complex on Thursday.
After the science fair, the sixth and seventh-graders explored ETEC – which houses researchers, educators and entrepreneurs – and the tour was followed by a discussion with a UÓ£ÌÒÊÓƵ atmospheric science researcher and the awards ceremony.
Most will likely recognize one of the science fair judges – and hopefully recruited some future Great Danes!
